Hello and Welcome

I’m Ben (he/him), an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist offering in-person and online therapy for adults. I work from a comfortable home office in Warsop, near Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, and also meet with clients across the UK via Zoom.

Life can be hard sometimes — especially when you’re carrying something alone. Whether you're feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself, therapy can offer a space to slow down, talk things through, and begin to make sense of things in your own time.

A space for you to feel heard

I offer a warm, supportive relationship where you can explore whatever’s on your mind — without fear of judgement or pressure to be a certain way. Together, we can look at what’s feeling difficult, work through painful thoughts or emotions, and help you feel more at home in yourself.

I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low self-esteem, identity, relationship difficulties, and the effects of past experiences. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent clients and those from LGBTQ+ and GSRD communities.

In-person and online therapy

  • Sessions available in-person from my home office in Warsop (NG20), within easy reach of Mansfield and surrounding areas.

  • Online sessions via Zoom available across the UK.

  • Some clients choose a blend of in-person and online sessions, depending on what feels right for them.

Thinking about starting therapy?

Taking the first step can feel daunting, especially if therapy is new to you.  I aim to make the process as welcoming and straightforward as possible.  Our first session is a chance to get a feel for how it might be to work together — no pressure or obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel like the right fit.

If you’d like to find out more, you’re very welcome to get in touch. I’ll respond with care and do my best to answer any questions you might have.
