Individual Therapy

A space to explore, reflect, and move forward

Life can feel overwhelming at times.  Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or just have a sense that something isn’t quite right, individual therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and be heard.

You might be struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating relationship difficulties, feeling stuck in old patterns, or processing something painful from your past.  Or you might not have a clear label for what you’re going through — just a sense that you’d like things to feel different.

Whatever brings you here, we can work together to make sense of what’s going on and explore what might help.

What therapy can offer

In therapy, I offer a warm, attuned relationship where you can feel supported to bring whatever’s on your mind — without judgment, pressure, or expectation.  My role is to help you reflect with compassion and curiosity, so that over time, you can develop a clearer sense of who you are, how you feel, and what you need.

Individual therapy can help with:

  • Low self-esteem or self-worth

  • Anxiety and generalised worry

  • Depression and low mood

  • Identity issues and questions around self

  • Relationship patterns and attachment difficulties

  • Grief and loss

  • Trauma or childhood experiences that still impact you today

  • Feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected from yourself

I also work affirmatively with neurodivergent clients and people from LGBTQ+ and GSRD communities. You’re welcome to bring your full self to therapy.

In-person and online therapy

I offer therapy both in person and online. You’re welcome to meet with me at my comfortable home office in Warsop — close to Mansfield in the NG20 area of Nottinghamshire — or via Zoom, whichever suits you best.

Some people prefer the familiarity and ease of working online, while others find in-person sessions more grounding.

We can talk together about what feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
